Ron Scott, President Ron has been in the multifamily business for 25 years. He worked for the leading Apartment Management company in the Atlanta area for 18 years. Because of this background, he has the diversfied experience of working with the management staff as well as the resident. Having worked in maintenance, construction, and management he has a broad knowledge of what your company needs as well as what it expects. Hope Waddell, General Partner and Vice President of Operations Mrs. Waddell has been in the Apartment Rehab business for 9 + years and has all her experience exclusively managing day to day operations of multi-million dollar and multi-contract Rehab projects both as a former Post Properties manager and as the Owner/Operations Manager for our company. Hope oversees the heart of the business from Customer contracts, accounting, insurance management, human Resources, etc. Charlotte Jerrell, Human Resource Director Charlotte manages our Human Resource department and with over 120 full time employees she has her hands full every day! Charlotte has 30 + years in Apartment Management experience. She was a Property Manager and Regional Manager for such companies as Southmark and Johnstown Properties. Janet Waddell, Accounts Payable Manager Janet has been with Wildwood Construction for several years and has done an excellent job managing all of our Hardboard Siding claims as well as handling the bulk of our account payables load as well as our entire payroll burden. Rusty Scott, Regional Project Manager Rusty's past experiences include President of a Construction company in North Carolina, Project Manger for McDevitt and Street as well as spending 20 years in the construction industry. He is currently managing a 400 unit interior renovation in the DC market as well overseeing a similar project in the Atlanta market. --> Michael Trombley, Regional Project Manager, State of Maryland Mike joined our team in 2003 and quickly moved up to oversee our largest and most complicated projects in the system. He is a natural team leader and is our "Go-To" guy in the Maryland market. His back ground includes years of Apartment Maintenance, Apartment Rehab and Fire Restoration. David Cheek, Senior Project Manager, State of Georgia David holds a State Certified General Contractors License in the state of Florida & Has been in the construction industry for 22 yrs. His back ground is in Apartment pool construction, Single Family and Multi-Family New construction & renovations with 18 years experience. He is skilled in Management, Framing, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Tile setting, Concrete, Shores & Forms, Stucco, Siding, Trim & Site Layout to name a few. His past experiences and dedication has given our company the irreplaceable diversity we have offered our clients. Adam Morris, Sales/Marketing Adam is the newest addition to the Wildwood team. He graduated from the State University of West Georgia with a degree in Marketing in 2003. He has worked in sales and customer service for the past 5 years, and hopes to be a fresh new voice for our company to help us grow and maintain our place in the industry.
